With a footprint of just 2,26 m², this is the smallest room that still counts as a real meeting room — four walls, a door, acoustic isolation. Two people sit facing each other, talk with focus and understand each other. For a quick catch-up you no longer book a conference room.

Comfortable for everyday use

The sofas run the full width of the booth — one comfortable seat on each side, with enough room to settle in without feeling squeezed. Ergonomically shaped to support longer conversations, they come standard with every unit. A 66 × 64 cm table sits between them — enough surface for laptops, notebooks, or a drink.

At just 102,5 cm deep, Poddie Meet 2 fits into the same row as Poddie Phone and Poddie Sit. Phone booths and meeting booth form one continuous front — even in a narrow corridor.

04/04 Charging & connectivity

Charge everything at once

Everything the team needs to stay powered is already inside. Two 230 V outlets keep laptops and devices charged throughout the session, with no fighting over a single socket. The Pro version adds a retractable USB-C cable and a built-in Ethernet port for a stable connection.

We build our booths in Poland and ship directly across Europe — straight from the manufacturer, on short routes, at fair prices. Most of our materials come from the region: wood from Poland and Germany, aluminium, glass and felt from Poland. That keeps the carbon footprint low and gets your booth into your office fast.

Built for a long service life

Every Poddie is designed to keep working long after the warranty ends. Fans, LED lighting, sockets, and the floor carpet can all be swapped out. The top panels are magnetic for quick service access. When something wears out, we replace the part — not the booth.

Materials with a second life

Our wood is PEFC-certified with 70% recycled content. The acoustic felt inside is made of 40% recycled PET bottles — and is fully recyclable again at the end of life.
