German engineering, Polish craft. A traditional family business. And a team of dedicated 60 people.

Father & son
Steffen had decades of experience in the furniture industry. Tim — technical mind and allrounder who is hungry to build things.
The father & son duo has been in business together since 2017 (and still getting along today).

The challenge
Open offices needed quiet. Quiet was being sold two ways: too expensive, or for too little comfort & quality. We wanted to build the version that just worked, is comfortable to use and doesn't break the bank (and let's be honest — we also wanted to prove an acoustic pod doesn't have to feel like a sauna).

The first booth
It started in Tim's rented workshop in Germany. The duo spent many evenings crafting the first (very simple) prototype together. A few prototypes & weeks later, they knew it will work.

Getting serious
Within weeks, the idea moved further: to Poland, the heart of European furniture production. With friends who became partners, they built an expert team of carpenters, engineers and great individuals that know how to run a professional carpentry factory.

Today
A few years on: thousands of booths produced, a growing product line, a factory over 5,000m² — and we've kept much of the atmosphere of a traditional carpentry family business.
